Kivan Dene

A long standing actor in the Page-2-Stage troupe. Kivan is an established actor specialising in physical theatre, comedy and the creation of characters. He strives to make our classical work accessible and relevant. Kivan has worked on numerous projects featuring vulnerable adults, juvenile ensembles and has led workshops in all areas of performance. A frequent player for Reform Theatre, Pendle Productions and Duck Egg Theatre - Kivan is also a musician and vocalist.

Justine Elizabeth Langford BA Hons

2007 - The company was formed. Initially to provide cost effective summer holiday arts opportunities to children and families

2010 - We produced our first large-scale professional production of 'Much Ado About Nothing' in Stoke-on-Trent.

2011 - We launch Romeo and Juliet and our new adaptation of 'Robin Hood'. We also host apprentice-style placements in the cast!

2012 - We tour 'A MIdsummer Night's Dream' around the country in the worst weather the UK has seen in summer months for years!

2014 - We gain Arts Council Funding to launch a pilot 'Education and Outreach' program in Stoke on Trent alongside our production of Macbeth and our new adaptation of 'Peter Pan'.

Michael Justice

One of our superb actors with an extensive relationship with the Young Shakespeare Company, in 2013 created a new Macbeth workshop for KS3, as well as an associate director role. Workshop experience in acting, clowning, and Stage Combat, in which he trained for 2yrs with the BADC. He has choreographed violence on stage and screen, and has taught workshops for ages 5+ in schools, drama institutions, and outreach programs. He has worked with vulnerable young people and adults.

Matt Stubbs

Another actor that has been with us from the beginning! Matt has worked extensively as an actor, trained at Mountview, originally from Stoke on Trent.  Matt has worked as a drama facilitator/workshop specialist for The Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds and many Schools in London and Leeds. Assistant director and director for Royal Opera House, Benjamin Britten’s Aldeburgh Music Concert Hall and numerous Drama Schools and Theatres in London and Amsterdam. Matt is also co Artistic Director for his own company that specialises in site specific work internationally.

Chris Taylor
We wouldn't have tours without the help of Chris. Our one and only technical manager and light & sound operator. He is our advisor, provider and go-to guy for any technical help.

Director of his own company specialising in technical hire, sound management and solutions, he has been on the road with us on our journey around the country and is completely unflappable!

He has ensured that audiences can hear and see us and has battled the elements in the strangest of outdoor venues in his pop-up gazebo. A technical manager of the highest calibre.
