Page-2-Stage are committed to engaging as many people as possible, to developing audiences and to offer arts for all. We have a strong history of working with different charities and funding partners to offer opportunities.

In 2010 and 2011 we worked with charity CRIS (later MORPHIC) to offer places in the professional cast to young performers from Salford. Participants were not in employment or education and so worked with the professional cast on performance skills but also the disciplines of working in the industry.

In 2011 we also worked with a young company of local children and they became the juvenile ensemble in the professional production of Robin Hood.

In 2014 we obtained Arts Council funding and launched an 'Arts for All' campaign in Stoke on Trent. We hosted free workshops over a week long period in a city centre venue. We then recruited four 'apprentice' actors to work alongside the professional cast in two productions. With fantastic outcomes: one apprentice even seeking professional training to go on to after the tour.

We have a video about the 2014 experience - coming soon!
